Watch On-DemandMooresville, North Carolina's Josh Berry was at the right place at the right time on Thursday night to claim his first win of the GSRacing.net Truck Series season in the JDR Graphics 125. Berry swept to the lead for the final time on the last lap of the race when Byron Daley (Bronx, NY) pushed high out of the final corner, grabbing a small piece of the wall with the right rear of his MattDRacing.com Silverado. The small miscue from Daley opened the door for Berry to drive to the inside and take the victory by a truck length in the #72 Main Performance PC Chevrolet. Daley held on for second while point leader Thomas Hazard (Rochester, MN) crossed the line in third and in turn extended his point lead in the series with two races to go before the Chase for the Championship cut-off. Danny Hansen (Amherst, WI) brought home fourth place after a frantic push to the front following a late pit stop. Patrick Fogel (Hughesville, PA) held on for a top five finish in Event Eight of 15 on the GSRacing.net Truck Series slate.

Watch the Salute to the Troops 150!(By Tim Terry) NASCAR iRacing Series World Championship driver Josh Berry dodged a late race wreck to win the Salute to the Troops 150 Presented by Trinity Tattoo Company on Thursday night at Darlington Raceway. Berry was in third place when leaders Jon Adams and Joshua Laughton made contact on lap eighty-seven of the 110-lap affair, sending both leaders for a spin. Berry then had to hold off Thomas Hazard and Brad Wright who had closed in on the leader in the late stages. The two got side-by-side in the closing laps as they battled for the second spot with Wright getting the best of Hazard for the runner-up spot.

A hard charging Bryan Blackford came home in fourth as he closed in on the top trio in his #33 Triad Lawn Care Chevrolet Silverado. Completing the top five was Chris Henion, who got by the #2 of Ray Alfalla after Alfalla got a “Darlington Stripe” in the final laps of the race.

Watch the GSR Simboot Shootout Round #4(By Tim Terry) In an exciting finish to the fifth round of the GSRacing.net simBOOT Shootout it was Joe “The Show” Reuter out dueling Donny St. Ours at the finish to take the victory at South Boston Speedway. Reuter and St. Ours led the field to the final green flag of the night and with Reuter getting the best of St. Ours going into turn one; it opened the door for the #20 to get behind the #19. The action in the hornet’s nest that was the bubble position to transfer into Thursday’s GSRacing.net simBOOT Challenge was intense. The proverbial bomb went off on the final restart as Jake Walters got into Nick Ottinger, sending him hard into the front straight away wall in front of oncoming traffic.
